Remove makeup. Apply the serum in a line along the upper lash line. Repeat daily (preferably in the evening). Start at the outer corner of the eye and move toward the inner corner. Wait one to two minutes for the serum to dry. Can also be applied to the eyebrows for a fuller, thicker brow look.
