Shipment
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Germany and Austria:

DHL Standard (2 - 3 working days)
€4.95 shipping costs apply for orders over €29.95

DHL Express (1 - 2 working days)
€9.95 free shipping on orders over €200

Switzerland:

Swiss Post (3 - 4 working days)
€6.95 free shipping on orders over €75

(All prices in the shop include Swiss VAT – no additional costs will be incurred upon arrival. Returns within Switzerland are free.)

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times begin from the day of order placement. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or inclement weather.

General information about shipping
All orders within Germany and Austria are delivered by DHL. Deliveries within Switzerland are made by Swiss Post.

Please ensure you enter your billing and shipping addresses correctly when placing your order, as we are unable to forward them. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

To deliver your order, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to minimize any delays.
