On the lashes: Apply to bare lashes in the evening. Apply directly to the base of the upper lash (the root) in a single stroke. Work from the inner corner outwards. Allow the serum to dry for one to two minutes. On the eyebrows: Apply a small amount over your entire brow for a fuller, thicker look.
