High Potency Face Finishing & Firming Toner

This light, rose-scented toner gently removes dead skin cells and unclogs pores of impurities, sebum, and dirt. Soak a cotton pad with the toner and wipe over a cleansed face. No need to rinse. Wait a few moments for the toner to be absorbed before applying a serum or moisturizer. Use morning and evening.
