No Makeup Highlighter

The No Makeup Highlighter impresses with its gel formula and light-reflecting pigment pearls that give the skin a subtle luminosity for a natural glow. Shake well to mix the minerals and pigments. Apply one or two drops above the cheekbones, above the eyebrows, or on the tip of the nose and gently pat the highlighter in to create striking accents.
