Apply the sun protection generously and evenly to the body skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Massage in until the product is absorbed by the skin. Reapply after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. If you go swimming or sweat heavily, please use a waterproof sunscreen.
