The Emphasize Eye Design Palette / Unblinking

The palette includes five highly pigmented, long-wearing powder eyeshadows with matte, shimmer, and silky finishes, as well as an innovative cream eyeshadow that creates a foil effect. Each formula can be used for light definition or as an intense eye makeup look. The cream texture has a concave felt tip for applying precise lines, while the flat side of the applicator is for covering larger areas. Use powder eyeshadow damp or dry. Use the flat side of the applicator to layer the cream eyeshadow with the powder eyeshadow for a metallic, reflective shine. Blend the cream eyeshadow with the powder textures using your fingers or a brush. Use the cream eyeshadow as eyeliner, using the tip of the applicator.
