Apply a small amount of tanning cream to a tanning mitt and smooth it evenly onto your skin from head to toe using circular motions. Avoid the eye area. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. Achieve your desired glow with our Glow Dial. From golden skin (once a week) to tanned skin (twice a week). Step-by-step instructions: Step 1: Exfoliate and shave 24 hours before application. Step 2: Using a tanning mitt, start on your legs and gradually work your way up for an even result. Step 3: Apply any excess cream to your hands and feet. Step 4: After five days, exfoliate again and reapply the cream for a fresh glow.
