Hold the bottle approximately 4 cm from your body and spray the micro-mist directly onto your skin. Massage in circular motions and allow to dry before getting dressed. Your tan will fully develop within 2-4 hours; reapply as needed. For best results, gently exfoliate and moisturize regularly. Wash your hands after use. Wait 6-8 hours after use before showering again.
