Before use, thoroughly exfoliate and moisturize the skin. Hold the spray nozzle approximately 20 cm from the body or 15 cm from the face and spray evenly using quick, rapid motions. Allow a few minutes between applications to dry, then repeat the process to achieve an increasingly deeper tan. For optimal results, moisturize daily and exfoliate regularly to achieve an even tan.
