After moistening your face, apply a small amount of gel to your skin and massage it in using circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with clean water. Pat your face dry with a clean towel without rubbing. After cleansing your face, apply a small amount of the fluid to your entire face and neck to hydrate and soothe your skin. You can do this routine in the morning upon waking up and/or at night before going to bed.
