Click the button once to illuminate a yellow light. Use the flat metal end on freshly cleansed, damp skin and gently massage over problem areas. The heat opens the pores and positively charged ions draw dirt to the skin's surface. After 2 minutes, the device will buzz, indicating the device is turned off. Click the button twice to illuminate a blue light. Gently massage the flat metal end over the skin. Ultrasonic vibrations and heat will further loosen impurities. The device will automatically turn off after 2 minutes. Click the button three times to generate a white light. Turn the device over and attach the suction nozzle to begin cleansing. Start on level 1, gliding over taut skin in continuous upward motions. The device will turn off after 1 minute. Clean the suction nozzle after each use by rinsing it in warm soapy water. Please note: Move the suction nozzle continuously over the skin. Do not hold the device in one place as this may cause crushing.
