How to replace the refill cartridge:

Unscrew the empty cartridge.

Remove the protective cap and screw in the refill cartridge.

If the eyeliner is difficult to apply,

carefully remove any residue from the base of the brush with a dry cloth, replace the cap, and shake the eyeliner well before use.
