EYESHADOW For a buildable shade, apply Ombre Blackstar directly to the eyes and then immediately blend with an eyeshadow brush or your finger until blended. Repeat until you achieve your desired color intensity. EYELINER For a thin liner effect, rub an eyeliner brush into the formula and then apply it along the lash line. For a thicker liner look, you can also apply Ombre Blackstar directly along the lash line. For a defined look, you can also apply the liner with a small brush or your finger for a softer effect. EYE PRIMER Ombre Blackstar is a long-wearing formula that is perfect as a base for eye makeup. Simply apply a thin layer of Ombre Blackstar to the eye area and then apply your eyeliner or eyeshadow over the top. Once dries, Ombre Blackstar stays put; to remove, use an oil-based cleanser.
