Flaky Itchy Scalp Toner / 250 ml

The toner for flaky/irritated scalp is packed with soothing ingredients: clarifying Pirocton Olamine and cooling camphor free the scalp from stubborn dandruff and skin cell buildup while simultaneously alleviating dryness and irritation. Our gentle, cooling formula instantly refreshes and soothes the scalp while restoring the balance of the scalp's microflora.

Start with the shampoo for flaky/itchy scalp, followed by the corresponding Philip Kingsley conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to the scalp using the nozzle in 3 cm (1") sections. Distribute with your fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Repeat as often as needed.
