The toner for flaky/itchy scalp is packed with soothing ingredients: antimicrobial piroctone olamine and cooling camphor free the scalp of stubborn flakes and skin cell buildup, while soothing dryness and irritation. Our gentle, cooling formula instantly refreshes and soothes the scalp while restoring the balance of the scalp's microflora.

Start with the shampoo for flaky/itchy scalp, followed by the corresponding Philip Kingsley conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to the scalp using the nozzle in 3 cm (1") sections. Distribute with your fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Repeat as often as needed.
