The Kajal Lash Liner combines the easy application of a pencil with the smooth glide of a gel and the intense color payoff of a classic kajal. A single stroke provides intense color with a weightless feel. The formula remains creamy and malleable at first, allowing it to be precisely defined, blended, or softened. It then dries to a semi-matte finish that lasts for over 12 hours.
