Apply to cheekbones, temples, and décolletage to emphasize highlights. Using the tip of the Neo-Powder Brush, pick up the medium highlighter shade in rose gold; apply it to the eyelids and the high points of the cheeks (the rounded, full part of the cheeks that lift when you smile). This will give your complexion a warm, natural glow. For darker skin tones, this shade also works as a highlighter.
