After cleansing, gently massage onto face and neck using upward motions. Wait until the product is fully absorbed, then apply your favorite Perricone MD moisturizer. Use morning and evening. When using in the morning, combine with sunscreen (SPF). - If you are using retinol for the first time, start with 1-2 applications per week and gradually increase the frequency depending on your tolerance.
