Start with a pea-sized amount and distribute it through the mid-lengths and ends of roughly towel-dried hair, paying particular attention to the most damaged areas. For thicker or more damaged hair, apply more. For best results, blow-dry hair into the desired style. Hair can also be allowed to air dry. Reapply at least after every third wash.
