Apply a few drops to cleansed skin morning and evening. You can also mix a few drops with your usual face cream, foundation, or body lotion for a more intense conditioning effect. For hair, apply to damp ends after shampooing to protect from hairdryer heat. For dry hair, apply directly to the ends to leave it soft and smooth.
