Remove the product from the refrigerator. Apply the still-cold Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel) to clean, dry skin. A 1-2 mm thin layer is sufficient. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off and gently remove with a non-abrasive cloth (soft cotton, etc.). Use up to 3 times per week.
