Apply to cleansed and moisturized skin. Start in the center of the face and blend outward for a natural look. For a more intense glow, apply one pump of Celestial Skin Liquid Lighting Highlighter in the desired shade along with your foundation. Pro tip: For an even finish, apply with a foundation brush. For a long-lasting finish, finish with The Gossamer Loose Powder.
