Face: Lather a small amount of cleansing gel in your hands and gently massage onto wet skin. Rinse with water. Follow with a small amount of moisturizer onto cleansed, dry skin. Body: Apply shower gel to wet skin, gently lather, and rinse. Follow with body lotion onto cleansed, dry skin. Hair: Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair and scalp to create a gentle lather. Rinse. Follow with a small amount of conditioner to cleansed, wet hair, paying particular attention to the ends. Leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
