Apply before shampooing and then rinse out.

Before shampooing, thoroughly dampen the hair and apply in sections. Work into the hair with your fingertips. Cover with a shower cap and leave on for at least 20 minutes (the longer, the better). Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley shampoo, conditioner, and scalp toner. Finer hair should be shampooed twice to remove all product. For best results, use at least once a week.
