For an eyeliner look, define the eyes directly along the lash line. For an easy, quick smokey eye look, gently smudge the eyeliner with your fingertips or apply it all over the lids and blend. Applying it to the inner corners of the eyes defines them and makes them appear brighter. When applied as a primer under powder eyeshadow, the eyeshadow becomes even more intense and long-lasting.
