Apply the Cloud Mascara using light zigzag motions from the base of the lashes to the tips to build volume and length, and layer for a more intense look as desired. Apply the eyelash serum in a thin line directly above the clean, dry upper lash line and allow to dry for 2–3 minutes. Use once daily and, once the desired result is achieved, continue to use 2–3 times a week for maintenance.
