Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Returns are free of charge for you – we bear the cost of returning the goods. All details can be found in our withdrawal information. You can also declare your withdrawal online via “Withdraw from contract”.

How to return

1. Return slip (optional)
If you fill in the return slip enclosed with your order and put it in the parcel, we can process your return faster. This is not a condition for your withdrawal.

2. Free return label
Germany: send yourself the free DHL return label by email via this link: Return label Germany
Austria: send yourself the free DHL return label by email via this link: Return label Austria
Switzerland: please use the free return label enclosed with your parcel.

3. Drop off the parcel
Attach the return label clearly to the parcel and hand it in at the nearest post office, parcel shop or Packstation. Please keep your proof of postage.

Refund

After a withdrawal we refund all payments including the standard outbound shipping costs without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. The refund is made to the original means of payment; depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few more days to appear on your account.

You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond that.

Please note: there is no right of withdrawal for sealed cosmetic and hygiene products if the seal has been removed after delivery.
