Please note: We can only issue a full refund if the item arrives undamaged, unused, and in its original condition. If the item has been used, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund amount. Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable.
Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted. In this case, the return may be sent back to you and/or a refund may be refused. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns or items during transit.

Return procedure
1. Fill out the return slip
To make a return, you must fill out the return slip included with your order within 14 days of receiving the shipment and then enclose it with the return package.
2. Create a return label
Germany: Send yourself the DHL return label via email using the following link:

Austria: Send yourself the DHL return label via email using the following link:

Switzerland: Attach the return label enclosed with the package in a clearly visible location and take it to the nearest post office or parcel locker.
3. Return shipping
Affix the return label clearly to the package and take it to the nearest post office or parcel locker. Please note that we do not cover the collection costs.
REFUND
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable. Once your return has been received and inspected, it typically takes 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed.
All shipping costs paid in connection with your order are non-refundable. Furthermore, return shipping and handling fees incurred when returning products are also non-refundable.
