Philip Kingsley's passion for hair began at the age of 16 when he was helping out in his uncle's hair salon in London's East End. Recognizing early on the significant psychological impact hair has on self-esteem, he dedicated his career to helping people achieve their best hair. Kingsley was a pioneer in hair care, developing the first pre-shampoo treatment, the Elasticizer, for Audrey Hepburn. His work earned him numerous awards and titles such as Hair Guru, Hair Wizard, and Hair Doctor. His dedication inspired his daughter, Anabel Kingsley, to also become a trichologist. As President of the brand, she continues and develops Philip Kingsley's legacy in hair care.
