Apply the eyeliner pencil along the upper lash line. To visually lengthen the eyes and make them appear more almond-shaped, intensify the line at the outer corner of the eye. Gently lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet. For a smokey eye, blend the eyeliner on the upper eyelid with your finger or the PIN6 brush, then apply the liner along the lower lash line. For an oriental look, apply the shade "Noir Parisien" to the waterline.
