Théophile LeClerc’s eye pencils give your eyes structure and depth for an intense look. The waterproof eye contour pencil has the perfect blend of intense pigments in a waterproof formula that holds up in humid conditions to keep your eyes looking gorgeous all day long. The creamy texture glides on effortlessly right from the start for intense results.

Usage

- To define your eyes, use the khol pencil along the upper lash line, drawing a thicker line as you reach the outer corner of your eye.

- To make eyes look longer and almond-shaped, build up liner at the outer corner of your eye.

- Delicately lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet.

- For an ultra-smokey look, intensify the line on your upper eyelid and blend it with your finger or with the PIN6 brush, then apply liner to the lower lash line.

- For a Middle Eastern look, apply the “Noir Parisien” shade on your waterline.
