Théophile LeClerc’s Wet & Dry eyeshadows are revolutionising eye make-up with a buildable formula that gives you the intensity you want. You can apply them dry or moistened with water according to your needs and desires. Upon contact with water, the powder texture changes into a creamy colour with deeper coverage. Usage

- Apply T.LeClerc eyeshadows with the PIN8 brush.

- For a natural, blended look, apply the shadow from the inner crease and draw it outwards.

- For more intense eyes and a bolder colour, moisten the brush prior to application.
