SCOPE

Atout Cosmetics GmbH operates an online shop under very-beauty.com. The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to orders placed in this online shop.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The contract can only be concluded in German and English.
The information on the products and prices on the online shop page are non-binding offers and serve only as an online catalog. You can select products from the online shop's offerings and collect them in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. For overview pages that display several products simultaneously, you can also use an "Add to Cart" function below the product images. For selected products or overview pages, you can choose different quantities via a dropdown menu.

There is a shopping cart button on the navigation bar at the top. It is represented by a basket symbol. When you hover over this button, the current contents of the shopping cart are usually displayed, and the "Checkout" button appears. By clicking the "Checkout" button or the shopping cart symbol, you can access the contents of your shopping cart and make changes, such as removing selected products from the shopping cart. Within this overview, you can also validate your billing and shipping address or sign in to a payment service provider such as "PayPal." After that, you will be directed to the order overview, where you can edit your personal data again and select payment and shipping terms. As long as you do not click the "Buy Now" button, you can edit your entries, especially the details of your order, and correct or cancel the purchase if necessary.

If you use a payment service provider such as "PayPal" as a payment method, please note the following: you will either be directed to the order overview page of our online shop or initially directed to the payment service provider's website to enter your data or make an appropriate selection. Finally, you will be directed back to the order overview page of our online shop. As long as you do not click the "Buy Now" button, you can edit your entries, especially the details of your order, and correct or cancel the purchase if necessary. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you make us a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Immediately after submitting the order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail listing your order again. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.

We do not store the contract text of these GTC. You can access the current version of the GTC at any time in our online shop. You also have the option of accessing our GTC before making a binding order and printing or electronically saving them via your browser.

WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS

We are responsible for material defects and legal defects in accordance with applicable legal provisions, particularly §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code. For goods delivered by us, the warranty period for companies is one year from delivery.

Delivery Time

We deliver orders within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Costs

We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping costs are added to the specified product prices, which you can view on the Shipping page.

Payment

You can pay for your order via PayPal, Amazon Pay, electronic cash/direct debit, or credit card.

PayPal / Amazon Pay

After you confirm your purchase, you will be redirected to PayPal/Amazon Pay, where you will be prompted to pay. The purchase is completed only after successful payment.

Electronic Cash / Direct Debit

Your bank account will be debited upon completion of the order. Payment is processed through PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required.

Credit Card

Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. Payment is processed through PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required.

Packstation

We deliver to Packstations within Germany.

Pickup

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself. We only deliver by shipping.

Deals

Please note that the specific terms and conditions for each individual deal are stated on the respective deal page. Deals and free samples are only available while supplies last due to limited quantities. The terms and conditions for coupon promotions may vary and do not apply to already reduced items. Unless otherwise stated, the promotions are valid while supplies last. Perfume samples do not count as orders for which free items are shipped. We reserve the right to make changes and errors. If the order is returned in whole or in part, the free items must also be returned in full.

Codes

Please note that all of our codes:

• May exclude certain brands during the promotional period.
• Are not applicable to reduced items and cannot be combined with other coupon and discount promotions.

Newsletter sign-up:
• The coupon can only be redeemed once.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The shopping cart value must be at least €50 (including all discounts).
• You must be logged in with your customer account to redeem the coupon.
• Does not apply to reduced items.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

According to § 13 of the German Civil Code, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that can be attributed primarily neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the option to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

Within 14 days after you or a person named by you other than the carrier have received the goods, you have the right to revoke the contract.

You also have the option of completing and submitting the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website. To do this, please visit [https://www.atoutcosmetics.com/de-de/info/widerrufsformular]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of the revocation (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us within fourteen days of your revocation notice, promptly and in any event no later than the last day of this period. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please note: We can only issue a full refund of your return if the items are received in their original packaging and unused. If the items have already been used, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount. Please also note that we do not accept returns of vouchers or e-vouchers.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
• Delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Delivery of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Delivery of fragrance samples.
